Black Mamba jam. ..a Debauchery Kitchen exclusive

What to do when cranberries hit your bountiful basket hostess box and you're NOT a cranberry kind of girl?
Think. ..think. .. think. ..
Bubbly goodness getting ready here
Grab the tangerines from last week or out of your case from today, dig those blackberries you lovingly froze this summer out of the freezer and make some Black Mamba jam.
Puree the whole bag of cranberries, four cups of blackberries and two peeled Satsuma tangerines until crushed and smooth.   And six tablespoons of pectin and get to boiling over medium heat,  stirring frequently.

Add six cups of sugar and stir constantly until it reaches a boil again.    Boil for one minute, remove from heat and power into jars or other containers.
Enjoy this toast worthy adaptation of a famous cocktail.
